The end of a great year!

Well, we are nearing the end of 2008. Kind of hard to believe but what a year we have had.  Started off with the birth of our third son and continued from there at a rather fast pace.  Chris finding work in town, us finding a church to call home, meeting friends, changing homes and so much more.  Praise God for the many blessings that he has showered us with.  May we truly be thankful.

As we look into 2009, we are excited to see what is the next step for us.   Life is always exciting as we walk by faith... Slow and steady   (quote from my dad)

We had our friend Don over for dinner on Friday.  We all had a wonderful time.  My boys love meeting new people, I'm just trying to help Joshua learn the art of listening and not always having to talk!  Quite honestly, I think we all could learn a little bit about listening...  Anyway, we are thankful for a home to host friends and we are also thankful for friends who will let us host them!
We are not kidding, we have A LOT of snow!  The kids love it and I get my exercise by just getting all of the gear on!  My wonderful husband is sledding with them as I write.  Benj and I would rather enjoy the snow while stting inside our heated home...

Our adventure to the Outdoor Discovery Zone with Honey and P-Pa (my parents).  What an unbelievable place filled with fun, teaching and a lot of room for energy to be run off!  Even Benjamin was into the animals...   We did learn that after touching frogs and turtles, you do NOT want to then hold a snake that is hungry!

Boys!

These are our boys, Joshua (4 1/2), Benjamin (9 mo.) and Nicholas (2 1/2).  Just enjoying the beautiful Fall that we have had.  We did a lot of raking before the boys realized that jumping in the piles of leaves was much more fun than moving them to the compost pile!!!
